Calvin Mills Jr

Chief Executive Officer, President and Chairman of the Board

 

 is an award-winning Serial Tech Entrepreneur and native of New Orleans, La. and is a Computer Science and Business graduate of The Southern University A&M college in Baton Rouge, La. Succeeding as the Founder, CEO and President of CMC Technology Solutions, and SLT Technology, Inc Calvin has focused his pursuit on making a people-focused mark in his industry, and today, as a dynamic speaker, mentor and author, he continues to make a great difference in the lives of the next generation of entrepreneurs. Through his companies Calvin is changing the dynamics of the Technology Workforce in Louisiana by helping to create the States first Apprenticeship program for Information Technology as well as offering one of a kind training to individuals looking to find employment in the Technology field. . Calvin is the ONLY company in Louisiana to be backed by the Global company Oracle for Workforce development making him a force to be reckoned with in his field.

Garland Tillman

Chief Financial Officer


Mr. Tillman serves as Chief Financial Officer , with responsibility for the direction and management of the financial portfolio and contracting for SLT TECHNOLOGYCORPORATION. Mr. Tillman directs and manages fiscal and information technology functions in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and current IT trends and regulations.


Mr. Tillman comes to SLT TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION with over 14 years in property management, directing the daily operations and million dollar portfolios of several properties throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth metropolitan area. Mr. Tillman is a Computer Science graduate of The Southern University A&M college in Baton Rouge, La, and he has held positions as a coding analyst with Dell Computer Company (DELL) and the Kansas City Power and Light (KCP&L) Company, respectively.

D. Johann Hebert

Chief Operations Officer


US Diplomat, countermeasures expert, mechanical engineer and successful senior leader in security engineering, technical/cyber-security countermeasures, enterprise network compliance & vulnerability, security assessments, software/application testing and governance functions in highly-regulated government and military environments. Widely recognized for hands-on expertise in multi-project delivery, solution design, resource allocation, knowledge management, incident detection & response, sensitive investigations, equipment set-up, top secret correspondence and security centers at worldwide locations.


Mr. Hebert serves as Vice President of Research & Strategy for SLT TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION, managing the organization's portfolio on changes and trends with policy, technology, the environment, engineering and information technology globally.

Michael Spotsville

Chief Financial Officer


Mr. Spotsville is the Chief Information Officer for SLT TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION. He is the primary adviser to the President & Chief Executive Officer for matters of information management, information technology, and information assurance, contracting for information technology instruction, and telecommunications.

 

Mr. Spotsville has held various private sector IT leadership positions to include administration at all levels of the application stack. An information technology professional since 1998 with specializations in; architecture, design & development, engineering, and data science, focusing on the interaction of the end user and infrastructure.


Mr. Spotsville was responsible for the creation and implementation of various teams that both innovate and also address various business needs while simultaneously unlocking value. His methods have saved organizations millions, while still adhering to organizational budget restrictions.


Mr. Spotsville implements the SLT TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION public focus on continuous learning and workforce development & improvement along with agile implementations and solutions all with emphasis on the end solution. Mr. Spotsville is also believes in continuous learning, consistently evolving and expanding his skillset to meet industry trends and the latest developments in technology.
